• Items are ready for collection or shipped within two business days after receiving your order.
• All items are checked for quality or defects before they are shipped
• Items are packaged carefully and in a manner where there are suitable for transit
• We only ever use shipping services that have tracking and where a signature is required
• We only use reputable couriers such as UPS
• A tracking number will be provided so you can track your shipment 
• Please ensure someone is available to sign for the item when it arrives
• There are two options to choose from expedited or standard

• Initiating a refund is easy you can contact us via any of our communication channels and a member of our team will respond to you as soon as possible typically within 24 hours.
• Currently returning items is the responsibility of the buyer
• All our items are checked and pictured before they leave the store. We cannot refund or exchange items that have returned damaged
