Shipping:

We currently ship products to both Canada and the USA. We take the following measure to ensure that products arrive to you safely.

  • Items are shipped within two business days of receiving your order and payment.
  • Please check your shipping address before you confirm your order. We are not responsible for items being sent to the wrong address.
  • All items are checked for quality or defects before they are shipped
  • Items are packaged carefully in a manner suitable for transit
  • We only ever use shipping services that have tracking and where a signature is required
  • We only use reputable couriers such as UPS, FedEx and Purolator
  • There are two options to choose from expedited or standard
  • A tracking number will be provided so you can track your shipment 
  • Please ensure someone is available to sign for the item when it arrives
  • Alternatively, you can collect items directly from our store in North York Sheridan Mall
  • Items will be ready for collection within two business days.

Return policy:

As our customer your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us. We take every care to make your experience with us a good one. If for some reason you are not happy with the purchase of your item, then we offer the following:

  • A 30-day no questions asked refund or exchange of product
  • Initiating a refund is easy you can contact us via any of our communication channels and a member of our team will respond to you as soon as possible typically within 24 hours.
  • Currently returning items is the responsibility of the buyer
  • All our items are checked and pictured before they leave the store. We cannot refund or exchange items that have returned damaged
