Our Franco chains are made from 925 sterling silver. What this means is that 92.5% of the chain is made from pure silver and the rest is made from another metal like copper. The reason why it has to be mixed is because the silver has to be hardened to make it durable. When it comes to silver this purity is the A grade. Our chains are also all handmade in Italy by talented professionals who have years of experience in crafting this chain. 925 sterling silver – When it comes to silver quality standards, they don’t come higher than the 925 standard. The term 925 essentially means that 92.5% of the product is silver and the other 7.5% is another metal usually alloy. It is mixed with another metal because on its own pure silver is too soft to use in jewellery. Adding a stronger metal makes the jewellery piece more solid and durable. This quality of silver is highly unlikely to lose its color nor does it rust.

Shipping:
We currently ship products to both Canada and the USA. We take the following measure to ensure that products arrive to you safely.
- Items are shipped within two business days of receiving your order and payment.
- Please check your shipping address before you confirm your order. We are not responsible for items being sent to the wrong address.
- All items are checked for quality or defects before they are shipped
- Items are packaged carefully in a manner suitable for transit
- We only ever use shipping services that have tracking and where a signature is required
- We only use reputable couriers such as UPS, FedEx and Purolator
- There are two options to choose from expedited or standard
- A tracking number will be provided so you can track your shipmentÂ
- Please ensure someone is available to sign for the item when it arrives
- Alternatively, you can collect items directly from our store in North York Sheridan Mall
- Items will be ready for collection within two business days.

- A 30-day no questions asked refund or exchange of product
- Initiating a refund is easy you can contact us via any of our communication channels and a member of our team will respond to you as soon as possible typically within 24 hours.
- Currently returning items is the responsibility of the buyer
- All our items are checked and pictured before they leave the store. We cannot refund or exchange items that have returned damaged
