- All items are checked for quality or defects before they are shipped
- Items are packaged carefully and in a manner where there are suitable for transit
- We only ever use shipping services that have tracking and where a signature is required
- We only use reputable couriers such as UPS
- A tracking number will be provided so you can track your shipment
- Please ensure someone is available to sign for the item when it arrives
- There are two options to choose from expedited or standard
Return policy:
As a Black Carat customer, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take every care to make your experience with us a good one. If for some reason you are not happy with the purchase of your item then we offer the following:
- A 30-day no questions asked refund or exchange of product
- Initiating a refund is easy you can contact us via any of our communication channels and a member of our team will respond to you as soon as possible typically within 24 hours.
- Currently returning items is the responsibility of the buyer
- All our items are checked and pictured before they leave the store. We cannot refund or exchange items that have returned damaged
